Thank you for shopping with Lavender & Vine Living. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@lavenderandvineliving.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at returns@lavenderandvineliving.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear
