Your satisfaction with your order is our top priority, which is why we’re dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all of our items. At Lavender and Vine Living, we take pride in curating and delivering beautiful, intentional pieces for your home and lifestyle.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, your order will ship within two to three business days. This timeframe allows us to carefully prepare your items for safe and timely delivery.

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within the United States.

Lavender and Vine Living delivers to the lower 48 states but does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We encourage you to view your delivery options at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a delivery confirmation email from Lavender and Vine Living. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated on the delivery carrier's website. We recommend tracking your order to ensure it is delivered successfully. Additionally, you will receive an email before your delivery date, and you may check for real-time updates on the day of your delivery.
Damaged Items & Replacements We take great care in packaging your items, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Returns@LavenderandVineLiving.com. Be sure to include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assess the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
